Meet Our Mini Doodles
Joyful Doodles specializes in smaller Doodles. We breed three crosses — Mini Goldendoodles, Mini Bernedoodles and Mini Golden Mountain Doodles — all raised in our home in Snohomish County, Washington.

Mini doodle
Mini Goldendoodle
A Mini Goldendoodle is a cross between a Golden Retriever and a Miniature Poodle. Ours come from Ginger, our 27 lb Mini Goldendoodle, and Teddy, our 12 lb Miniature Poodle. Families tend to describe them as outgoing and people-focused.

Expected size
Our pairings have produced puppies in the 14–20 lb range as adults. Adult size is an estimate, never a guarantee.
Grooming
Wavy to curly coats need regular brushing at home and a professional groom every couple of months. Coat type varies from puppy to puppy, even within one litter.
Lifestyle
A good fit for busy households that want a dog in the middle of everything. They enjoy daily walks and play, and they do not need a large yard.
Mini doodle
Mini Bernedoodle
A Mini Bernedoodle is a Bernese Mountain Dog crossed with a Miniature Poodle. Ours come from Cinnamon and Teddy. They often carry the Bernese tricolor markings in a much smaller package.

Grooming
Coats range from loose curl to wavy and need brushing several times a week plus regular grooming appointments.
Lifestyle
Often the steadiest of our three crosses. They enjoy activity but are usually content to settle once the day winds down.
Mini doodle
Mini Golden Mountain Doodle
A Mini Golden Mountain Doodle brings together Golden Retriever, Bernese Mountain Dog and Poodle lines. Families are usually drawn to the Bernese markings paired with the sociable Golden side, all in a smaller dog.
