About These Terms

These terms apply to inquiries and reservations made through this website, operated by Joyful Doodles in Arlington, Washington. By contacting us or placing a deposit, you agree to these terms.

Puppy Availability

Joyful Doodles is a small, family-raised program with limited litters. Puppies are not always available. Any puppy shown on this site is example content until confirmed in writing. Availability, price, and go-home dates are confirmed only when a reservation is accepted.

Deposits & Reservations

A deposit holds your pick of an available puppy. Deposits are non-refundable except as required by law. The full balance is due before pickup. Specific deposit amounts and payment methods are provided when your reservation is confirmed.

No Size, Coat, or Shedding Guarantees

Adult size, coat type, color, and shedding are influenced by genetics and environment and can never be guaranteed. Estimated weights and descriptions are our best expectations, not promises.

Health Records

Puppies leave our care with the veterinarian care, vaccinations, and health records described on our Our Process page. Any health guarantee is provided in writing at the time of pickup and is governed by that document, not this website.
